Job Responsibilities
- Manage store sales and profit based on monthly targets issued by headquarters.
- Track performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
- Control costs and monitor sensitive analysis of competing products.
Store Management
- Ensure store safety and maintain the shopping environment.
- Manage store assets and safety effectively.
Product Management
- Responsible for inventory management, including daily inventory and expiration checks.
- Develop loss prevention plans to reduce store losses.
- Analyze product data to plan improvements and boost sales.
- Supervise store display standards and implementation.
Training Management
- Train and manage store personnel, handle customer feedback, and resolve complaints.
- Manage payment and tax processes.
- Supervise store security and implement anti-theft measures.
- Recruit, select, train, and retain store staff.
- Ensure proper staffing and training in company standards and systems.
- Supervise work implementation, conduct reviews, and optimize processes.
Cultural Management
- Understand and promote the company's policies and culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3-5 years experience in store management within retail (skincare & cosmetics) and new store setups.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret store data including turnover, attrition, and promotions.
- Excellent planning, analysis, workflow, and visual display skills, with keen risk management awareness.
- Align with company’s regional deployment, culture, and values.
- Willing to relocate or travel to other stores.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to travel to Kuala Lumpur for training.
