  • Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, sales, and service.
  • Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning of high-performing Associates.
  • Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability and high service levels.
  • Implement and oversee all training programs, both Domestic and Global, ensuring they are fully functional and results-driven.
  • Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business.
  • Manage Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs; ensure compliance.
  • Achieve or exceed Inventory and Shrink goals; oversee Physical Inventory counts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise processing.
  • Manage marketing opportunities and events within budget and policies.
  • Maintain strong communication with local PR and marketing teams.
  • Participate in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
  • Attend offsite training and meetings as required; travel may be necessary.
  • Ensure execution of Visual Directives and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Maintain store physical condition and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
  • Comply with operational competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all staff.
  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.
