Job Responsibilities
- Sales management: Manage store sales and profit indicators based on monthly targets, track performance, analyze data, and control costs.
- Store management: Maintain shopping environment and store safety, effectively manage store assets.
- Product management: Oversee inventory, develop loss prevention plans, analyze product data for sales improvement.
- Display management: Ensure product displays meet standards, supervise display implementation.
- Training management: Train staff, manage customer service, handle complaints to uphold brand image.
- Financial management: Handle payments, taxes, store security, and anti-theft measures.
- Personnel management: Recruit, train, and retain staff, ensure proper staffing, and implement company standards.
- Cultural management: Promote company policies and build a positive store culture.
- Recruitment and onboarding: Source, interview, and train new staff, participate in career fairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5+ years retail management experience, especially in new store setups.
- Experience leading large teams or in FMCG/fast retailing.
- Strong data analysis, planning, and visual merchandising skills.
- Willing to relocate or travel, work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, and attend training in Kuala Lumpur.
Department Leader

Job Responsibilities
- Sales management: Follow sales targets, manage staff schedules, analyze sales data and market trends.
- Operation management: Supervise daily store operations, handle emergencies.
- Product management: Manage inventory and expiry dates, reduce losses, analyze product performance.
- Display management: Ensure standards for product displays are met.
- Training: Conduct staff training, manage customer feedback, ensure operational standards.
- Financial management: Oversee cash handling and compliance.
- Employee management: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and team management.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years retail management experience.
- Experience managing multiple stores or in FMCG/retail.
- Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and manpower management.
- Proficient in office software, strong analytical skills, good communication, and team spirit.
- Flexible for shifts, weekends, and travel to Kuala Lumpur for training.
