Job Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer experience which includes handling feedback from customers and building strong customer relationships
• In-charge of the daily operation, ensuring smooth workflow
• Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Manage the in-store inventory, including stock audit
• Ensure store teams maintain effective merchandising and visual standards
• Ensure compliance and regulations, and company protocols regarding operations, security and inventory control are adhered to
• Set individual and team objectives, and monitor the performances of the team
• Lead and motivate colleagues through coaching, training and development
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
• Act as a liaison between the stores and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial / team lead role (luxury or jewellery industry preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and retail management systems (POS/CRM)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Passion for luxury retail, customer service, and team development
