Retail Store Crew (Full-Time) - Sunway Pyramid

  • SPM & above / Have working experience in fast fashion, supermarket, retail stores, or shopping malls is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Required skills: Customer Service, Cash Handling, Inventory Management, Communication Skills
  • Must be pleasant, presentable, cheerful, responsible, and able to communicate effectively.
  • Able to work shifts (subject to outlet hours), between 8:30-23:00, with 6 working days and 1 rest day during weekdays.
  • Good sense of service and basic computer skills required.
  • Position is fully at retail stores.
  • Own transport is preferred.
  • Available to start work in July 2025.
  • Responsible for clarifying and achieving sales targets, and supporting sales efforts.
Store Service
  • Patrol the store, provide excellent service, understand customer needs, and give timely feedback and assistance.
Product Inspection
  • Check product expiration dates, trial pack capacity, and quality issues; report problems promptly.
Store Maintenance
  • Conduct daily tasks such as product display, replenishment, cleaning, and report emergencies to the store manager.
