Position: Retail Store Crew (Full-Time)

Location: Alamanda Putrajaya

Job Requirements:

1. SPM & above; experience in fast fashion, supermarket, retail stores, or shopping malls is preferred.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Pleasant, presentable, cheerful, responsible, and good communication skills.
4. Willing to work shifts (8:30-23:00, 6 days/week with 1 rest day).
5. Good sense of service and basic computer skills.
6. Availability to start in June 2025.
7. Ability to clarify and achieve sales targets, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Store Service: Patrol the store, provide excellent service, understand customer needs, and give feedback.
2. Product Inspection: Check product expiration dates, trial pack capacity, quality issues, and report problems promptly.
3. Store Maintenance: Maintain product displays, replenish stock, clean, and report emergencies to the store manager.
