Retail Store Crew (Full-Time) - Midvalley Southkey JB

• SPM & above / Experience in fast fashion, supermarket, retail stores, or shopping malls is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Pleasant, presentable, cheerful, good communication skills, and responsible.
• Able to accept shift work (subject to outlet operation hours), with retail hours between 8:30-23:00 (6 working days, 1 rest day on a weekday).
• Good sense of service and basic computer skills.
• Fully work at retail stores.
• Available to start work in June 2025.
• Clarify and achieve sales targets, and support sales effectively.

Store Service

• Patrol the store, provide good service, understand customer demands, and give timely feedback and assistance.

Product Inspection

• Check product expiration dates, trial pack capacity, and quality issues; report problems promptly.

Store Maintenance

• Perform daily tasks such as product display, replenishment, cleaning, etc.
• Report emergencies to the store manager and handle incidents flexibly to ensure safety.
