Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Specialist based in Batu Pahat, with some flexibility for remote work. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for retail sales, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information, and facilitating sales. Effective communication with customers is essential to foster long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.
