Job description

- Ensure that the store is in compliance with all Airport, State and Federal employment laws.

- Accountable for identifying and ensuring proper training for staff is being implemented in conjunction.

- Oversee all aspects of the store’s daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.

- Ensure proper stock control, timely replenishment, and compliance with duty-free and customer regulations.

- Analyze sales performance and customer trends to drive store strategies and promotions.

- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian customs, tax-free protocols, and internal standard operating procedures.

- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory and delivery schedules.

- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and security in accordance with company and local requirements.

Requirement:

- Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in duty-free or a high-traffic travel retail environment.

- Proven track record in sales performance analysis and team leadership.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage due to international clientele.

- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel times.
