A leading company in the wellness industry is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur. Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing (1-2 years).
• Prior experience in selling fitness equipment or related products is an advantage.
• Retail operations experience including Sales Management and Inventory Management.

Job description

Leads and manages the sales team to achieve company targets and drive growth within the sales function.

Promote and market the company’s products.

Provide customer service for walk-in and phone customers.

Ensure the showroom and team members meet monthly sales targets.

Manage the sales performance of the branch in alignment with weekly, monthly, and annual goals.

Conduct training on sales, products, and customer service for showroom staff.

Oversee the discipline of showroom staff.

In charge and handle recruitment fortheshowroom.

Job Requirements :

SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent.

Candidates with prior experience in selling fitness equipment, massage chairs, or related wellness products will be an added advantage.

At least 1-2 years working experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing.

Possess retail operations experience inclusive of Sales Management, Product Display, Stock, Training & Development of staff and Inventory Management.

Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Must be willing to work during weekends/PublicHoliday.
