Job summary

KTS Cellular Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our customer-focused team. You will welcome customers, share clear product information, and drive sales at our store, while keeping the stock room organized and shelves appealing.

We value enthusiasm and commitment over formal qualifications. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese an added advantage) and having your own transport are preferred for daily commuting and smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• No formal educational qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
• Respond to inquiries and offer clear, persuasive product information to drive sales.
• Maintain a neat and organized stock room and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally, referring complex issues to the manager when necessary.
• Communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia to ensure smooth customer interactions.
