Job summary

GINTELL (M) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Advisor to join our showroom team in Malaysia. You will promote massage chairs and fitness products, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective product demonstrations and relationship-building.

Candidates should have at least three years of retail sales experience, hold SPM/ Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or Retail Management, and be available to work on

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of retail sales experience.
• Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh Graduate are Welcome to Apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
