Job summary

GINTELL (M) SDN BHD is actively seeking a Retail Sales Advisor in Malaysia’s Selangor region. The role focuses on promoting GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online and offline customers, delivering exceptional service and driving sales with knowledge of products.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail sales experience, holds a SPM/ Diploma or Degree in a related field, and is capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness or consumer electronics.
• Must have a valid education credential: SPM, Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, friendly and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets weekly, monthly and annually through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships including follow-ups on enquiries, leads and after-sales service.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
