Job Responsibilities (Job Scope):
- Visit assigned outlets regularly to ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability.
- Replenish stocks and maintain inventory levels according to sales demand.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of display products and shelves.
- Ensure promotional materials, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and banners are displayed correctly and updated on time.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and management.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team.
- Prepare simple reports on merchandising activities, stock levels, and store feedback.
- Support sales and marketing activities as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in merchandising, sales, or related field (fresh graduates/entry level are encouraged to apply).
- Must possess own transport (car) and valid driving license.
- Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
- Physically fit to handle product displays and stock replenishment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
