Retail Sales Manager

To manage and lead the retail sales team in promoting and selling furniture products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, training staff, and maintaining effective store operations while optimizing the presentation and sale of furniture items.

Sales and Profitability Management

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Create promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost furniture sales.

Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

Oversee the visual presentation of furniture displays, ensuring they are attractive and aligned with company standards.

Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize showroom layout and product arrangement.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Conduct regular checks on product quality and store cleanliness.

Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring staff provide accurate product information and advice.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Foster long-term relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-ups.

Manage after-sales services, including delivery coordination and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the furniture industry.

Furniture Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of furniture products, styles, and materials.

Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
