Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive (based in the Northern Region) . This role involves driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring excellent in-store experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge within the home appliances sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for home appliances through strategic selling and customer engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on features and benefits.

2. Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and personalized recommendations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to enhance the shopping experience.

3. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights on business performance to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
