Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or higher; additional qualification in Retail Management or Fashion is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury brands is an advantage.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting luxury bags that meet their needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including brands, styles, and pricing.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are well-displayed.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and manage sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
