What You’ll Be Doing
Product Presentation & Customer Experience
· Be the face of our showroom—engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
· Present our full range of lighting, smart home automation, and security products in a compelling and easy-to-understand way.
· Highlight current promotions and value-added offers to elevate the customer experience.
· Guide customers through hands-on product demonstrations that bring features and benefits to life.
· Provide friendly, professional pre- and post-sales support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
· Follow up on inquiries and proposals to build trust and long-term relationships.
· Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Showroom & Inventory Management
· Oversee daily operations to maintain a clean, professional, and inviting showroom environment.
· Manage store inventory, monitor orders, and ensure products are accurately received and stored.
· Keep inventory records updated to ensure product availability and accuracy.
· Meet and exceed monthly showroom sales targets through proactive selling and excellent service.
· Leverage your product knowledge and customer insights to drive conversions.
Other Contributions
· Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team success and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
· A Malaysian with minimum SPM and computer savvy.
· 2 years of experience in consumer electronics, lighting, or smart home products is a strong advantage.
Communication & Language
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (especially for serving a diverse clientele).
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
· Customer-focused and solutions-oriented with a positive attitude.
· Tech-savvy and well-organized with strong administrative skills.
· A team player who values collaboration, trust, and flexibility—willing to work on weekends when needed.
