Job Responsibilities

1. Listen to customer needs and assist them in finding the best product for their requirements.
2. Continuously expand product knowledge and deliver it engagingly to customers.
3. Follow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection.
4. Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
5. Demonstrate products and present to customers and stakeholders.
6. Engage in meaningful interactions and develop positive customer relationships.
7. Provide feedback for improvement to the retail and management team.
8. Achieve daily sales targets and submit accurate sales and EOD reports.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, or relevant field.
2. Minimum of 1 year retail experience.
3. Willing to work 6 days a week.
4. Passionate about engaging customers and delivering excellent service.
