Position: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: KLCC / Gurney Plaza, Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure excellent client service following company policies
• Identify client needs and guide them across the brand
• Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and provide the best experience
• Advise clients on products across all categories
• Develop long-term client relationships and foster brand loyalty
• Participate actively in store activities as a team player
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Maintain grooming and behavior standards
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• At least Secondary School/SPL/O Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury goods or retail
• Well-spoken, presentable, and well-groomed
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Open to all genders and races (Malaysian only)
• Must communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Age below 40 years

Remuneration Package:

• Basic salary: RM2,200 - RM2,400/month
• Commission based on sales
• Meal Allowance: RM100
• Attendance Allowance: RM300
• 16 days annual leave upon confirmation
• Medical insurance (AIA)
• Medical claims up to RM1,000/year
• 13th-month salary (AWS)
• Annual benefits: Dental, Optical, Body check-up (RM1,200/year)
• Work schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
