Job summary

Inari Jewellery Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly jewellery retail associate to deliver attentive service and style guidance in a boutique setting.

You will build rapport, demonstrate product knowledge, and assist with events and visual merchandising, while driving sales and ensuring sparkling customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred.
• Friendly, warm, and confident communicator.
• Good eye for styling and aesthetics.
• Able to work weekends and retail shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and personalised customer service.
• Guide customers in choosing pieces that suit their style or occasion. Build rapport to encourage return visits and customer loyalty.
• Recommend jewellery based on customer preferences.
• Learn and explain product materials, gemstones, and care instructions. Support bespoke enquiry intake when needed.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store cleanliness and display upkeep throughout the day.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain and refresh product displays according to brand standards.
• Ensure jewellery is presented neatly and attractively.
• Assist during workshops, trunk shows, and in-store events.
• Help with set-up, registration, customer engagement, and clean-up
