Trees and Sun Outdoor is a premier adventure store in George Town, Penang, specializing in outdoor, hiking, camping, and travel equipment. We provide high-quality gear and enjoyable experience for outdoor enthusiasts. Basic (MYR 2,100~ MYR 3,500) + Commission Working : 10:00AM - 9:00PM 5 days a week

Your role and responsibilities

• Demonstrate good selling techniques and maintain good relationship with customers

• Result oriented and able to work with retail team to achieve company sales target

• Optimize retail floor product display and arrangement for best sales opportunities (merchandising display)

• Ensure Store Opening, Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP

• Handling POS and cashiering

• Assist in handling and packing online sales order

• Check and maintain store image, tidiness and stock level on selling floor

Requirements

• Min 1 year working experience in retail

• Min SPM qualification

• Able to speak English or Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.

• TikTok live stream experience will be an added advantage
