Retail Sales Assistant (Decathlon Four Seasons KL)

• Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of sales experience
• Trustworthy, patient, and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Willing to work during retail hours, including public holidays and weekends
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willing to learn and adapt
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Full-time position
• Location: Decathlon Four Seasons KL
• Represent the company and promote products to walk-in customers
• Interact with customers, attend to queries and feedback
• Handle customer service sets and provide after-sales support
• Provide product information and promote available products and services
• Perform daily stock and inventory checks
• Report directly to the Sales Manager or Outlet Manager
