About the role

As a Sales Assistant at our Mariari retail store located in Pavilion Damansara Heights, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales. This is a full-time position, and you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional manner

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail environment

Identifying and acting on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products

Completing inventory management tasks and stock replenishment

Execute and complete daily store operation jobs.

Able to communicate with customers by providing comprehensive product information to customers.

Provide excellent customer service experience to customers, including after sales service.

Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display

Follow the working shift schedule as planned.

Cashiering duties as and when needed.

Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store.

Compliance to Management and Retail Operations Department SOP.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role

Fresh graduate that is in love in cultural and creativity arts is welcome to apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers

Strong sales and customer service orientation, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management

Enthusiastic and passionate about providing a exceptional shopping experience

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
