Job summary

GINTELL (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor to promote massage chairs and fitness products at Wangsa Walk Mall. You will greet customers, deliver friendly service, and help shoppers choose solutions while meeting showroom targets.

Requires at least 3 years of retail sales experience, a qualification (SPM/Diploma/Degree), and strong communication. Malaysian citizenship or residency is required; weekend/public holiday work is expected. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness or consumer electronics.
• Must have at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status; weekend/public holiday work required.

Job Responsibility

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
• Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
