Job summary

GINTELL is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor to promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers. You will deliver excellent service and help customers in-store at Wangsa Walk Mall, ensuring a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.

You will work to achieve showroom sales targets weekly, monthly, and annually, using product knowledge and demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics.
• At least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Malaysian citizens or valid residency status.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
