Job summary

Rest N Go in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to promote GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products at AEON malls and other locations. You will deliver friendly, professional service and drive showroom sales through demonstrations and strong product knowledge.

The role requires 3+ years in retail sales, relevant qualifications in business/marketing, and willingness to work weekends. Health insurance and promotion prospects are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail sales experience in health, wellness, fitness or consumer electronics.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Hands-on experience in showroom operations, stock checking and product display.
• Positive attitude, independence, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Malaysian citizen or valid residency status; willing to work weekends/public holidays.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Be our Retail Sales Consultant and earn monthly up to RM5000.00 ++
Remuneration package : Basic Salary + Sales Commission + Incentive

AEON Mall Bandar Dato' Onn, AEON Mall Kulaijaya, AEON Mall Tebrau City, Batu Pahat Mall, Kluang Mall (Kiosk), Paradigm JB, Sutera Mall, Lotus's Desa Tebrau, Lotus's Kluang, Lotus's Muar, Lotus's Seri Alam Masai, Toppen Shopping Centre.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• 2. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
• 3. Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• 4. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• 5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
• 6. Manage daily showroom operations, including display arrangement, stock checking, and maintaining a clean & presentable showroom environment.
• 7. Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
• 8. Work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
• 2. Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3. Must have hands-on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product display, stock control and inventory management.
• 4. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• 5. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
• 7. Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
