About the role

Join the dynamic team as a Retail sales assistant for our TURBO by TOMAZ store in USJ 1, Selangor. As a full-time Retail sales assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assist customers in finding the perfect shoes and accessories to meet their needs

Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and detailed information

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Restock and replenish merchandise as needed

Participate in inventory management and store operations

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful and engaging attitude

Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right products

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales

Able to work effectively in a team and independently

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
