About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Tomaz Shoes (Retail) store in Kuala Lumpur's Mid Valley Mega Mall. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur store.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience in our store

Demonstrating and promoting our product range, helping customers to find the perfect items to meet their needs

Maintaining the store's visual appeal, including merchandising and ensuring products are displayed attractively

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments

Restocking and replenishing store shelves as needed

Assisting with inventory management and stock control duties

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, open for fresh graduate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for the retail industry

Keen attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

A proactive and cooperative attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a positive team environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
