Job summary

Caring Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Pharmacy Retail Sales Assistant in Petaling Jaya to support daily store operations and assist customers with product information. You will help with merchandising, pricing, and promotional displays while maintaining stock levels.

Responsibilities include handling cash and card payments, balancing the register, and delivering friendly service to all customers. Training is provided to ensure product knowledge and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within retail or pharmacy is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service mindset.
• Ability to handle cash/card payments accurately and balance cash at end of shift.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information and help with product selection.
• Ensure products are displayed properly and manage FEFO/FIFO inventory.
• Receive deliveries, store items, and assist in stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer complex issues to pharmacy staff when needed.
• Attach price tags, monitor promotions, and create attractive displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
