YOUR TASKS
- Identify different customer needs and wants and provide solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality customer service through optimized processes, provide feedback to the country retail team, and conduct retail audit reviews within your specified area.
- Support country sales & marketing campaigns at retail points-of-sale.
- Implement and manage local store marketing programs to maximize target segment penetration and revenue.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend tactics to counter emerging threats at both area and local levels.
- Implement standardized guidelines and procedures to track and monitor adherence and performance.
- Train frontline staff in best retail practices.
- Provide direction and coaching to retail staff to support revenue targets.
- Source cost-efficient local contractors and suppliers for store maintenance, ensuring quality retail experiences.
- Manage outsourced suppliers and staff to ensure effective store operations and staffing.
- Liaise with the country team to coordinate and support outlet development and management.
- Gather information to prepare store scorecards and standardized outlet management processes.
- Conduct cash reconciliations and monitor cash/credit card transactions in retail outlets within your area.
- Maintain petty cash funds and prepare reports for budgeting and tracking.
- Coordinate data transfer between express centers and country offices.
- Monitor area performance using store scorecards.
- Review shipment automation and customer engagement at POS.
- Implement store hours aligned with customer needs and ensure consistent application.
- Manage staff rostering, ensuring low absenteeism and proper grooming of frontline staff.
- Ensure outlets have necessary supplies and marketing materials.
- Regularly monitor staff performance and conduct training or mentoring as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Exhibit ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy.
- Possess strong relationship skills and the ability to network across organizational levels.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in retail sales and area marketing.
- Experience in sales processes and understanding of retail trade from a service and sales perspective.
