Job summary

Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad (MYDIN) is seeking a capable store operations assistant to assist in managing the department and category assigned, including staffing and stock levels, to drive growth, performance and excellence.

You will ensure stock service levels, monitor signage, conduct stock takes, handle returns to suppliers, and maintain shrinkage at a minimum while supporting sales targets and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket retail operations.
• Ability to manage stock levels and assist with stock takes.
• Proficiency in processing invoices and labeling items.
• Attention to signage, pricing accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify bills and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers for invoice submission.
• Handle and record product samples correctly.
• Ensure proper and updated labeling of items.
• Assist with system issues and other assigned tasks.
• Manage returns to supplier and stock disposal as needed.
• Maintain shrinkage at a minimum level and achieve sales targets.
