Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the program, stakeholder coordination, performance reporting, and market intelligence gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely rollout of Retail Sales Associate (RSA) contracts across all partner retailers in the assigned territory.
  • Drive program acceptance by retail partners through the designated tools/platforms and resolve any implementation issues.
  • Oversee the timely submission of sales-out reports from retailers using standardized templates.
  • Proactively follow up on delayed submissions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve reporting challenges.
  • Keep retail partners informed about the latest sales and marketing tools and updates.
  • Serve as the liaison between the organization and retail partners to address system/tool issues and provide relevant feedback.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with ad-hoc data, insights, and analysis.
  • Assist senior management in aligning tactical decisions with on-ground insights.
  • Calculate quarterly retailer payouts and coordinate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and resolve payout discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all CAP-related queries and communication with retailers.
  • Ensure seamless and effective execution of the Consumer Alliance Program.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and OEM promotions.
  • Provide regular updates on program metrics, retailer performance, and insights to regional and headquarter stakeholders.
