Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of all retail activities
- Provide and coordinate monthly petty cash, alteration
- Support quarterly incentive calculation
- Manage roster to ensure enough manpower on the sales floor
- Arrange repair and maintenance contract with service providers
- Work closely with project team, finance dept, IT dept on renovation and store closure projects
- Arrange and provide in-store security guard service whenever / wherever required
- Sales team Uniform & stationary support
- Prepare and monitor uniform distribution to staff regularly
- Prepare, order and distribute shop stationary such as alteration form, DCMS card, name card, etc
- Prepare sales report, sales plan and sales analysis
- Manage budget and analyze operational expenses, work closely with inventory team to prevent & reduce stock loss
- Conduct regular store and market visit
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in any luxury retail management, fashion/WFJ/accessories
- Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
- Detailed-minded and proactive
- willing to travel
