Xiaomi Technology in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive entrant for a hands-on retail operations role. You will participate in new product launches, store setup, and inventory management while learning to support budgeting and cost optimization.

You will conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior, master data analysis tools and RMS systems, and contribute to revenue enhancement. The role offers mentorship, exposure to global campaigns, and growth into a retail management

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; preference given to Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Strong interest in the retail industry, with a willingness to start from the ground up and grow into a retail management role
• Excellent learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a high sense of responsibility and execution
• Proficient in English for daily work communication; fluency in Chinese is an added advantage
