Job summary

Bee Cheng Hiang is looking for a Retail Operations Executive to oversee aspects of their F&B business development in Klang Valley. This role encompasses customer support, business development, and performance monitoring, requiring strong skills in communication and organization. Ideal candidates will have a background in hotel management or food tech, along with 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Mandarin is essential.

Job description

Retail Operations Executive (F&B Business Development)

Working Location: Covering outlets based in the Klang Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Support: Work closely with the retail team to prepare and maintain accurate day-to-day operation. Facilitate and expedite the operation process by providing necessary support, including document preparation and follow-ups.

Customer Servicing: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints effectively. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Business development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target and company growth objectives.

Retail Audit: Schedule visit to the outlets at fixed interval to ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet according to SOPs, maximizing sales profitability, and optimizing customer's experience.

Performance Monitoring:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop systems for monitoring and evaluating operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Barbecue skills:Must be able to master barbecue skills

Requirement:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hotel management or Food tech with min 2 year (s) of relevant Food Industry working experience.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, sales, or a related role in F&B.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) due to the nature of our products and market.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.

Willing and able to work retail hours

Willing and able to work in non HALAL workplace

To attend retail training for 6 months
