In this role, you’ll be the go-to person to help keep our retail engine running smoothly. From supporting store teams and improving operations to optimizing customer experiences and driving sales performance—you’ll play a key part in helping us grow and scale in exciting new ways.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate with store teams to tackle issues, support staffing needs, and maintain excellent service standards.
Tracking the Numbers That Matter
Monitor sales and stock levels across stores, identify trends, and propose strategies to hit (or exceed!) targets.
Work closely with the inventory team to make sure shelves are stocked and ready to sell.
Ensure top-notch visual merchandising—from clean displays to effective promotional signage.
Partner with the marketing team to roll out fun and effective in-store campaigns.
Support the implementation of high customer service standards (think: happy, helpful, and memorable experiences).
Help manage escalated customer issues across both physical stores and platforms like WhatsApp.
Staying On Top of the Cash Game
Ensure strong cash handling procedures and accurate reporting.
Work with the finance team on reconciliations and audits.
Supporting Growth and New Store Launches
Be part of exciting new store openings—from scouting spots to supporting launch-day logistics.
Coordinate with various teams to get new locations up and running without a hitch
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a retail operations role, preferably with exposure to multi-store management.
A people person with great communication and leadership skills.
Strong in planning and execution—you love turning ideas into results.
Analytical, organized, and good with data (Excel and retail systems are your jam).
Ready to travel and visit stores when needed—you know that the magic happens on the ground
