About Us: Smells Good Holdings Sdn Bhd is a local personal care company, home to Bath Garden, known for premium affordable scented body care products (available on TikTok, Mr DIY, and Watson), and Love Maya, offering island-inspired scented body care.

We’re looking for an organized and energetic Retail Operation Lead to bring structure, training, and energy to Love Maya’s retail presence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail operations — ensure our experience store runs smoothly, from staffing to visual merchandising and customer experience.

Lead and inspire the retail team — hire, train, and coach Sales Associates and Promoters to deliver top-notch service.

Plan rosters and manage manpower across stores — make sure every shift is covered and team members are well-rested and performing at their best.

Set up SOPs and retail playbooks — from customer greeting flow to how testers are refilled, ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Monitor store performance — track daily sales, run in-store campaigns, and work with HQ to push key launches and promotions.

Conduct roleplays, product knowledge tests, and mystery shopper evaluations to keep team standards high.

Liaise with retail partners like Watsons, MR DIY, and shopping malls to coordinate activations, displays, and product stock-in.

Support inventory allocation — ensure bestsellers are always in stock and report slow-moving SKUs to the planning team.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership with a love for the retail floor — you enjoy being hands-on and leading by example.

Great at communication and training — you know how to explain, motivate, and hold the team accountable.

Organized and dependable — you keep schedules, SOPs, and reports in order without skipping a beat.

Fluent in English and 中文 — able to guide frontline staff and communicate with HQ and partners.

Experience in retail operations or team supervision is a big plus.

Willing to be based in HQ, and able to travel to different store locations when needed.
