Job description

Responsibilities & Job Scopes

  • Manage and maintain our internal POS system, providing daily support to ensure accurate sales data management.
  • Execute daily administration tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, and coordination of resources.
  • Assist the retail operations team with administrative tasks such as documentation preparation, material organization, quotation preparation and sales reporting including sales performance report, provide sales ideas & opinions.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with retail operations team and backend sales support ensure compliance with all the operations SOPs.
  • Assist in compiling the forecast report among retail outlets and production factory, ensure all the steps is following the accurate flow.
  • Active role in supporting inquiries and requests from retail outlets


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations support or administrative roles, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply for this position too.
  • Good written and communication in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with Retail Operations managers, operations, and production team.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking skills.
  • A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Flexible working schedule & venue, with the ability to work on special festive or promotion period needed.
