JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WAREHOUSE:

• Taking inventory of goods in store and outlets.
• Arranging stocks on racks.
• Monitoring and managing logistics for timely delivery.
• Handling administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting.
• Collaborating with other departments to support operational goals.
• liaising with Directors & HQ for inventory issues.

OPERATION:

• Arranging shooting campaigns (booking and ensuring smooth execution).
• Handling emergency issues with strong communication skills.
• Managing online and retail outlet operations across platforms.
• Providing customer service in all channels and outlets.
• Resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Clarifying procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Monitoring daily sales collections.
• Handling sales problems and managing orders.
• Ensuring smooth outlet operations.
• Managing staff issues and reporting to relevant departments.
• Collaborating with other departments for overall goals.
• liaising with Directors & HQ for operational issues.
• Completing tasks assigned by Directors and HQ.
