Job Summary

Job Summary: The Retail Media Operations Executive will be a key member of the Malaysia execution hub, responsible for providing excellent support to self-serve advertisers and executing full-service retail media campaigns with precision on the Retail Media Platform. This role focuses on enabling self-serve users, troubleshooting their issues, and managing the setup, trafficking, and optimization for a portfolio of full-service campaigns, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards. This is a regional role supporting our operations in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

The challenge is to:

  • Campaign Execution: Execute end-to-end setup and trafficking for assigned full-service retail media campaigns on the Retail Media Platform (including in-app, eComm, and in-store).
  • Self-Serve User Enablement: Serve as a primary point of contact for self-serve advertiser inquiries, providing timely and effective troubleshooting, platform navigation assistance.
  • Quality & Accuracy: Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all campaign implementations, adhering to SOPs and quality benchmarks; conduct pre-launch checks on own and peer's work.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign delivery and perform basic in-flight optimizations as guided to meet or exceed SLAs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Malaysia Account Manager and team members to manage workload and priorities.
  • Process Adherence & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of campaign setups and report any issues or discrepancies.
  • Platform Flexibility: Demonstrate willingness to learn and provide support for campaign setup on new systems as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing team processes and efficiency.
Do you have experience in Retail Media Operations?
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree is a bonus
  • 2-5+ years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or trafficking roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ad serving platforms or DSPs (experience with retail media platforms like Osmos is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Zero-defect mindset and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and task execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of digital advertising concepts and terminology.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Experience with retail media platforms or programmatic advertising.
  • Basic understanding of ad creative specifications and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on past experience operating MarTech and Retail Media (RM) platforms is a strong plus, particularly with RM platforms such as Criteo, Osmos, and Dunnhumby, as well as MarTech solutions including Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Facebook Ads Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Insider, etc.
  • Familiarity with both English and Chinese language ad operations.
