We are looking for a visionary Retail Marketing Manager to architect and lead a consumer-experience–driven retail marketing system. This role goes beyond campaign execution — it requires building structured capabilities that strengthen brand equity, transform retail touchpoints, and drive measurable commercial success. The right candidate will not only deliver results but also inspire and develop a team with a global perspective, aligning retail marketing with long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systematic Marketing Capability: Design and implement a structured retail marketing framework centered on consumer experience, ensuring consistency and excellence across all offline retail touchpoints.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the retail marketing team with a holistic, big-picture vision, connecting marketing strategies directly to commercial success and long-term growth.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Purchasing to deliver integrated, high-impact retail initiatives that elevate both customer engagement and business performance.
  • Insight-Driven Strategy: Leverage market intelligence and consumer insights to shape forward-looking retail strategies, positioning the brand ahead of industry trends.
  • Resource & Budget Stewardship: Oversee retail marketing investments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strong ROI while balancing brand-building and sales imperatives.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team with strategic thinking, global vision, and execution excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Performance & Optimization: Define success metrics, monitor campaign impact, and embed continuous improvement into the retail marketing system.
  • Business Partnership: Represent retail marketing at the management level, influencing broader product, channel, and business strategies with consumer-first perspectives.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
  2. At least 5 years of proven experience in retail marketing, with strong expertise in offline marketing strategies; experience in consumer electronics is highly preferred.
  3. Demonstrated success in designing and executing retail marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  5. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels.
  7. Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market environment.
