Job description

This position is accountable for Retail/Commercial Planning across channels, aligning with in-market Commercial team, and other stakeholders in execution of campaign promotion, visual merchandising and activation to achieve the brand objectives. This role works closely with in-market Consumer Engagement as well as in-market Education for planning and execution of all brand activities etc.

What You Will Achieve

  • Drive new product launches, re-promotions, and mega campaigns across all retail channels in collaboration with commercial and brand teams.
  • Plan and implement monthly always-on and tactical promotions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and compliance with anti-diversion protocols.
  • Coordinate visual updates, counter decorations, and merchandising materials for new launches and store maintenance in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support new counter setups and renovations by partnering with Retail Project, VM, and commercial teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, align on campaign execution, and support joint initiatives like CRM, data sharing, and visibility programs.
  • Monitor promo budgets, voucher usage, VM allocations, and competitor activities while ensuring cost control and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with corporate sales strategies, manage external collaborations, and contribute to projects or tasks assigned by leadership.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree with proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in retail / beauty / high fashion industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
