We’re a growing mom-and-baby store that puts customer experience and team collaboration at the heart of everything we do. We’re now hiring a Store Supervisor who can lead with heart, think on their feet, and keep things running like clockwork.

Your Responsibility:

1. Inventory Management: Keep a sharp eye on stock levels, plan timely restocks, and handle order placements
2. POS System Handling: Confidently manage transactions, stock entries, and system updates
3. Customer Service: Deliver warm, professional service and ensure customers leave happy and informed
4. Product Knowledge: Know our products inside out to assist customers and train the team
5. Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and promotional arrangements
6. Team Leadership: Guide and support sales team members; help them solve on-the-ground issues
7. Operations Oversight: Be familiar with all daily store operations – from opening and closing procedures to sales reporting
8. Shift Planning: Assist in scheduling shifts and maintaining efficient manpower coverage

Has strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Understands the flow of retail operations and is eager to take ownership

Is customer-oriented with excellent people skills

Is detail-oriented when it comes to stock, systems, and supplier matters

Knows how to use a POS system and basic digital tools

Enjoys working in a team and helping others grow

Has prior experience in retail or supervisory roles (preferred but not required)

Bonus: Knows a thing or two about baby products or the parenting market!
