About the role

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Malaysia. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training and motivation to drive their performance

Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

Liaise with the wider business to ensure the store is aligned with corporate objectives and brand standards

Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

Minimum 7 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
