We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Retail Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our durian retail outlets. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, this role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, and outstanding customer experience across all stores. The ideal candidate will have solid retail management experience and the ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth execution, service quality, and compliance with company standards.

Sales & Performance Management: Monitor store performance, set sales targets, and drive initiatives to achieve business goals.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate retail supervisors and frontline teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Inventory & Product Management: Ensure proper stock levels, product display, and freshness control, working closely with supply chain and operations teams.

Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of customer engagement, ensuring every outlet reflects the brand’s quality and hospitality.

Reporting & Analysis: Review sales data, customer feedback, and operational reports to identify improvement areas and propose solutions.

SOP & Compliance: Implement and enforce company SOPs, health & safety guidelines, and retail policies.

Store Development Support: Assist in the setup and opening of new stores in Malaysia and overseas markets, ensuring readiness and alignment with brand standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and HR teams to execute promotions, training, and brand campaigns effectively.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail management, preferably within F&B, fresh produce, or specialty retail.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.

Proven ability to drive sales performance and maintain operational excellence.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical and results‑oriented with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.

Willing to travel and support store operations across regions.
