Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers a structured 6-month training program rotating across cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge. You will gain hands-on experience in store management, supervision, and essential admin tasks while receiving mentorship from senior leadership.

Upon successful completion, you will be converted to permanent staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with competitive incentives, performance-based increments, and various allowances.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in English and Malay (bilingual).
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotations in cashiering, stock management and product knowledge.
