Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Based on retail and exclusive market situations in Malaysia, develop related store strategies, target planning, and implementation management.

Cooperate with HQ to launch and fully execute operational tasks, monitor the status to ensure quality and efficiency, including data review, store operation standards, etc.

Responsible for overseeing retail outlet operations, achieving sales targets and profitability, minimizing operating expenses, and implementing sales strategies.

Ensure store displays and layouts align with HQ requirements, establish clear communication, utilize guidelines, and conduct regular audits.

Facilitate and support communication between stores and HQ to ensure smooth operations.

Promote retail excellence by resolving retail needs and taking immediate follow-up actions.

Assist in negotiations with landlords and mall management to secure optimal locations for new outlets or lease renewals.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for management review.

Develop sales policies and operational standards for the exclusive store channel, leading the team to achieve store expansion targets and profits.

Based on sales and store situations, coordinate with other departments to improve sales, training, activities, stock, and marketing promotions.

Analyze costs and develop related strategies to ensure investment ROI.

Provide data and reports as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a university degree or above (modifiable according to relevant standards).

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail marketing management and brand store management.

Proven experience as an area manager, store manager, assistant manager, or similar managerial role.

Strong understanding of optimizing store operations and success standards.

Track record of success in regional sales roles.

Strong people management, motivation, and decision-making skills.

Independent, resourceful, performance-oriented, self-motivated, service-oriented, and able to interact with all levels of people.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Experience in the mobile phone industry or chain stores is preferred, with a strong understanding of the retail industry/brand.

Excellent communication, coordination, learning, and cross-department collaboration skills.

Well spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Frequent travel is required (nationwide).
