Job summary

FamilyMart Malaysia is seeking a talented Management Trainee to join our retail operations team. You'll start as a Store Associate, gaining hands-on exposure to customer service, product knowledge, and daily store operations, with a clear path to leadership.

The program offers structured on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities for career progression into an Area Manager-in-Training role.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
• Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur / Selangor for training.
• Must possess own car and a valid driving license.
• Able to work rotating retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
