We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key retail partners. This role requires a deep understanding of retail dynamics and the ability to drive sales, execute trade marketing strategies, and optimize product visibility across retail channels.

Formulate and execute strategic account plans to increase sales and strengthen brand presence.
Negotiate trade terms, pricing, promotional support, and in-store visibility.

This role requires a deep understanding of retail dynamics and the ability to drive sales, execute trade marketing strategies, and optimize product visibility across retail channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers.
Formulate and execute strategic account plans to increase sales and strengthen brand presence.
Negotiate trade terms, pricing, promotional support, and in-store visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out brand campaigns and in-store activations.
Ensure effective placement of POS materials, gondola displays, and promotional signage.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional activities to guide future planning.
Analyze sales data to support accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
Generate and present reports on sales performance and category insights.
Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
Recommend strategic actions to maintain competitiveness and capitalize on market opportunities.
Identify new product listing opportunities and potential retail channel expansion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the retail or pharmacy sector.
Solid understanding of pharmacy retail environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail data analytics tools.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
Experience in healthcare, skincare, or FMCG products is an added advantage.
